The Essentials Timber structure range is highly customisable to create a high quality nature play space in the suburbs or blend with existing trees and foliage. Combine your new playground equipment with our freestanding timber products to complete your timber play space.
Our hybrid design is crafted from Meranti Timber of the Shorea species. The light hardwood has a beautiful natural lustre to give your play space a natural atmosphere and aesthetic. As all uprights are aluminium, and no timber is installed in the ground to help prevent structural deterioration due to moisture.
We use Meranti Timber:
- A durable, light hardwood, with interlocked grains that weathers well into a smoother surface as it ages
- It is known for its durability and is particularly resistant to insect attacks
- Resists UV light, peeling, cracking and growth of surface mould/algae
- Low maintenance compared to other nature play products
