Can I customise the structures on your website?

Absolutely!

Our Elevate, Essentials, Timber, Ninja and Orbit playground ranges can be designed specifically to satisfy your age group, total play area, and budget. We offer a free site consultation in most areas so please contact your local Design Consultant.  All of our website structures are just to give you some ideas about what you would like/ could have in your playground. All of our playgrounds are made to order and can be customised by adding components and changing colours.

Check out the hundreds of components that can be added to your playground here.

And check out all of our colours here.

Can I get spare parts easily?

Yes! As we manufacture all of our equipment in Australia, we can provide spare parts throughout the life of your playground. We recommend contacting your local Design Consultant for service and product advice. Our contact details can be found here.

Can I install my own play equipment?

Yes! While we recommend that experienced builders install your playground, detailed instruction manuals are provided with each item and are also available online here. If you have any issues with your installation or the instructions, please contact your local office and speak to a Design Consultant.

Can I recycle my old playground?

Please contact your local Design Consultant about the options you have for recycling your playground. This can be done in several ways and we’ll be happy to discuss what best suits you. Find your local office here.

Can you install in my state/city/town?

Absolutely. Forpark can install anywhere in Australia. Some of our installations have included remote indigenous communities in the Northern Territory and Lord Howe Island!

Check out our latest installations here.

What colours can I choose from?

We have over 50 colours to choose from across our range of powder-coated, plastic and rope ranges.  You can find our colour chart here

What is your equipment made from?

Most of our play equipment is made up using materials such as galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel, plastic and ropes. A complete list of materials can be found here.  All materials meet the relevant Standards as a minimum. Our Quality Guarantee for our playground and fitness ranges can be found here.

What is your lead time?

Generally, our lead time for the manufacture of your equipment is 8-10 weeks but that depends on many things such as location, type of product and the time of year. If you would like to know how soon you could get your playground installed, please contact your local Forpark office and talk to one of our Design Consultants. The office details can be found here.

What items do you have in stock?

As we are a commercial manufacturer, all orders are made to order so we do not hold stock of complete items. We do hold spare parts for replacement but complete playgrounds or outdoor fitness structures are made to order.

Where is your equipment made?

Lead times change primarily due to higher influxes of orders within short periods. Our capacity to manufacture on a national level helps us to navigate through these periods with minimal disruption. However, we recommend that you speak with your local Design Consultant to get a more accurate lead time which will include delivery and installation. You can find the contact details here.
