Located on the edge of Belmont Bay, Lake Macquarie City Council was after a new marine-themed playground to tie in with the location.
The themed Essentials structure was designed to resemble a ship to encourage social and imagination play as the children sail the seven seas. A Dolphin Rocker and Swing Set was also added to complete the nautical theme.
Forpark Australia completed the removal of the old playground, installation of the new structure, installation of concrete paths and edging, adding rubber and mulch softfall, and finally a perimeter fence.
