The City of Gold Coast recently released a multi-park tender, and we were fortunate enough to secure three parks, one of which was Christina Ryan Park. The council was seeking a replacement for the old playground within the park with a new, vibrant and colourful one.
Our proposal, a compact Essentials structure, caught the council’s attention, and we were awarded the project. Despite the limitations posed by the existing shade and a small footprint, we were able to install the Essentials structure and a double swing. Since the park was on a sloped site, we installed a double-height timber edge and sandstone blocks for retaining and seating purposes.
We’re pleased to report that the council was delighted with the seamless installation and the overall outcome of the project.
