Glenlinton Street Park – Holland Park

In response to the community’s desire for a recreational space, Brisbane City Council embarked on a project to create a small but delightful play area for local residents. Initially, there were some concerns raised by the residents about the introduction of a new playground, but their worries soon turned to delight when they saw the final outcome.

Despite facing unexpected challenges during the construction phase, we persevered and successfully brought to life this amazing little playground, complete with shaded areas and two comfortable bench seats. The result was nothing short of fantastic!

Now, the local residents have a wonderful gathering spot where they can enjoy their weekends to the fullest. The play space has become a hub of joy and laughter for families and friends, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children to play and explore.

We are thrilled to have played a part in creating this cherished community space, and we are grateful for the overwhelming positive feedback from the residents. Seeing the joy on their faces as they spend quality time together in the new playground makes all the hard work and challenges worth it. We hope this recreational haven will continue to be a source of happiness for the community for years to come!
