Previously fashioned with an old timber playground that was looking a little tired, and impossible to get parts for, the Town of East Fremantle engaged Forpark to bring Ulrich Park back to life. Furnished with picnic tables & bbqs, the park caters for a large groups, many of whom are families, particularly on weekends. Situated on a part embankment, the site allowed Forpark to utilise the space well and continue with the timber theme.The provision for two separate play structures has managed to achieve a different look and provide a number of different play aspects to the many proposed users. Coupled with Forpark’s quality and service, the Town of East Fremantle has new playground that will stand the test of time. Dave Hatcher, the Town’s works supervisor received a lot of positive comments from the public and others within council.
